All visitors to Southern Inyo Hospital, including the Emergency Room and Skilled Nursing Facility, are required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination,

Show proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours prior to your visit.
Patients receiving outpatient services, such as Rehabilitation services, Laboratory, Ultrasound, and other diagnostic services, will not be required to show proof of vaccination or a test. However, patients receiving these services should not enter the facility if they are showing any cold or flu symptoms, and will be required to wear a surgical mask at all times.
This new requirement has been put in place by the California Department of Public Health in order to ensure the safety of patients, residents, other visitors, and staff. If you have any questions, please call us at 760-876-5501.
Southern Inyo Healthcare District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
