Located in the shadow of the spectacular Sierra Nevada mountain range, the Southern Inyo Hospital Skilled Nursing Facility provides personalized care to residents from all backgrounds. Our thirty-three bed facility is licensed by the California Department of Health Services and located within the hospital. In addition to nursing care, we also have dental services, wound care, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, a dietary department, radiologic and laboratory services, emergency room services, hospice care, a full activity program, social services, an outpatient clinic, and the availability of a beauty shop and laundry services. We also have transportation for resident medical appointments in Bishop and Ridgecrest. Resident facilities include a picturesque central patio and resident park area with views of Sierra granite peaks.

Every resident room is equipped with cable television and a private phone, as well as a two-way intercom system. We offer a choice between private and semi-private rooms, depending on the resident's needs and preferences. Nutritious meals and snacks are prepared in our on-site kitchen and served in our sunlit dining room. Visitors are welcome.

Admission Procedure:
You and your family are encouraged to tour our facility and meet our staff. During your visit, we will be glad to discuss specific details, services, and care requirements. The Admission Committee will then review your application package. Upon acceptance and room availability, we will help you and your family make all arrangements for residency.

A complete schedule of fees and services is available upon request. We are an approved Medicare and MediCal provider.
