Dr. Ron Ostrom attended medical school at the Western University of Health Sciences and has more than 20 years of experience in medicine. He is board certified in Interventional Pain Management and is an American Board of Emergency Medicine Diplomate.
He has primarily served those in Central California communities during the length of his career, such as Bakersfield and Tulare, as well as our very own Southern Inyo Healthcare District, located in Lone Pine.
Dr. Ostrom is an integral part of our medical staff; as an Emergency and Acute Care Attending, as medical director of the Emergency Room and Radiology at Southern Inyo Hospital, treating SIH Regenerative Medicine Program patients with osteoarthritis and other types of joint pain, and helping to rehabilitate patients who struggle with opioid dependency via the Southern Inyo Suboxone Clinic for Opioid Addiction Treatment Program.
